By accessing the digital assets of SEO Web Pixels or requesting an automated performance deployment audit, you consent to match the standard terms and operational criteria outlined herein. These terms dictate the execution parameters for all digital consultations, framework migrations, and technical development operations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All framework blueprints, custom component code files, optimization structures, and textual architectural strategies developed by SEO Web Pixels remain the explicit structural property of our digital agency until all milestones, deployment invoices, and service-level fees are fully settled by the respective client.

3. Service Allocations & Guarantee Boundaries

While our systems design explicitly targets elite, perfect metrics (such as 100/100 performance baselines) using pure static code generation engines like Astro, third-party code implementations subsequently injected by the client (such as bulky scripts, tracking tags, or unoptimized image layers) fall entirely outside our operational guarantees.

4. Limitation of Operational Liability

SEO Web Pixels constructs resilient, isolated, and security-hardened web infrastructures. We do not assume operational liability for platform anomalies arising from third-party server platform dropouts, DNS network configurations handled by external registrars, or structural database vulnerabilities originating from legacy client content layers.
